管理原理的概念

原理是指某种客观事物的实质及运动的基本规律。管理原理是对管理工作的实质内容进行科学分析总结而成的基本原理，它是管理现实的抽象，是对各项管理制度和管理方法的高度综合与概括，因而对一切管理活动具有普遍的指导意义。

Principle refers to the essence of an objective thing and the basic law of movement. Management principle is the basic principle formed by scientific analysis and summary of the substantive content of management work, it is the abstraction of management reality, a high degree of synthesis and summary of various management systems and management methods, so it has universal guiding significance for all management activities.

管理原理的主要特征

管理原理的主要特征:

(1）客观性。管理原理是对管理的实质及客观规律的表述。因此，它与管理工作中所确定的原则有严格区别。原则的确定是有一定的人为因素，原理则是对管理工作中客观必然性的刻画。日常工作中，我们既要认识原理与原则的区别，又要注意两者之间的联系。

(2〉普适性。管理原理是在总结大量管理活动经验的基础上，舍弃了各组织之间的差别，经过高度综合和概括而得出的具有普遍性、规律性的结论，因此对不同企业都是适用的，具有普遍的指导意义。

(3）稳定性。管理原理和一切科学原理一样，都是确定的、巩固的，具有“公理的性质”。不管事物的运动、变化和发展的速度多么快，这个确定性是相对稳定的。

(4）系统性。本书提出的四大管理原理即系统原理、人本原理、责任原理和效益原理，本身就是具有高度系统性的相互联系相互制约的有机整体。任何管理对象都有用系统原理进行分析归类，研究内外各部门、各要素之间的相互关系。分清问题的轻重主次。

The main features of the management principle:

(1) Objectivity. Management principle is the expression of the essence and objective law of management. It is therefore strictly distinguished from the principles established in management.

In our daily work, we must not only recognize the difference between principles and principles, but also pay attention to the connection between the two.

(4) Systematic. The four management principles proposed in this book, namely the system principle, the humanistic principle, the responsibility principle and the efficiency principle, are themselves an organic whole with a high degree of systematic interconnection and mutual restraint.

Any management object is analyzed and classified by system principles, and the interrelationship between internal and external departments and elements is studied. Prioritize the issues.
